QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be retired from the US Navy or Marines with 20 plus years of services.
• Must complete the C-NET certification process required by the US Navy.
• Have the ability to develop a positive, professional relationship with students, teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Have the ability to coordinate, schedule and conduct various curricular and extracurricular activities that relate to NJROTC programs.
• Have the ability to implement job description including KY Teaching Standards.
• Have the ability to implement different teaching/learning strategies to meet individual differences.
• Have knowledge of Kentucky Academic Standards, KY Program of Studies and Postsecondary Readiness.
• Willing to participate in non-teaching assignments and extracurricular activities related to RCHS.
• Seek and attend meaningful professional development and leadership training relevant to field.
• Must have ability to implement approved job description.
• Must successfully complete all required employment forms/applications.
• Render health services as necessary after appropriate training.
